Partnership Terms
As a HYPE creator, you agree to maintain professional standards in all interactions with clients and represent the HYPE brand positively in your content and communications.
Content Requirements
All content created through HYPE partnerships must meet quality standards, comply with platform guidelines, and accurately represent the client's brand or message as agreed upon.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed according to the agreed timeline for each project. HYPE retains a service fee as outlined in your creator onboarding materials.
Exclusivity and Conflicts
Creators must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and may not work with direct competitors during active campaign periods without prior approval.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. All outstanding obligations must be fulfilled before termination takes effect.
