Service Terms
HYPE provides talent booking and campaign management services. Clients agree to provide clear project requirements, timelines, and budget parameters for optimal talent matching.
Payment Terms
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees. All rates are agreed upon before project commencement and include HYPE's service fee.
Content Usage Rights
Usage rights are negotiated per project and clearly outlined in individual contracts. Clients must respect agreed-upon usage limitations and duration.
Professional Conduct
Clients agree to treat all talent with professionalism and respect, provide safe working conditions, and communicate any changes to project scope in a timely manner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be provided with at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur fees to compensate talent for lost opportunities.
